Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of Viagra tablets (sildenafil) and sildenafil plus cimetidine tablets (CAM) in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Study Design:A retrospective analysis of patients admitted to the emergency department of the Shanghai Jianshan Hospital for ED in China. The patients were followed up on the efficacy and safety of sildenafil and sildenafil plus cimetidine tablets. Both the treatment of erectile dysfunction and the control of impotence were evaluated by the Chinese version of the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF).
Results:There was no significant difference in the percentage of males who experienced erections between the treatment of sildenafil and sildenafil plus cimetidine tablets. However, there was a significant difference in the percentage of males who experienced erections between the treatment of sildenafil and sildenafil plus cimetidine tablets. Sildenafil (60.7%) had an improvement in the quality of erections and the effectiveness of the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Conclusions:The treatment of erectile dysfunction and the control of impotence were both effective and safe. There is a significant improvement in the quality of erections and the effectiveness of the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The treatment of impotence should be carefully evaluated. The use of sildenafil is recommended as a first-line treatment.
How many Viagra tablets should I take? The results of Viagra tablets (sildenafil and sildenafil plus cimetidine tablets) showed that the mean effective doses were 1.8 and 3.8 mg, respectively, at the first assessment and the second assessment. The maximum effective doses of sildenafil (60.7 mg) were 9.4 and 5.3 mg, respectively. Cimetidine (20 mg) was the lowest effective dose, while sildenafil (60.7 mg) was the highest effective dose.In the present study, all the patients (n=33) were prescribed sildenafil (100 mg) for ED treatment. The efficacy and safety of sildenafil and sildenafil plus cimetidine tablets were assessed. The results showed that the treatment of ED was effective and safe and that the maximum effective doses were 1.8 and 3.8 mg, respectively. The treatment of ED was effective and safe and that the maximum effective doses were 3.1 mg and 2.2 mg, respectively. The treatment of impotence was effective and safe. There was no significant difference in the treatment of impotence between sildenafil and sildenafil plus cimetidine tablets.
